I absolutely enjoyed this breakfast spot it was hidden and I funny enough I worked in this area before and I've never noticed it and just so happens that found it today cuz I wanted to get some breakfast and it did not disappoint The atmosphere gives me a vibe of something out of Tampa on the Riverwalk this place would thrive in that type of area and it's it is thriving here in Easton. So if you support local businesses definitely give Sunny side up my check and definitely try the sweet potato pancakes My son had it he's two years old and it was amazing.

2024: We really love the two egg omelets here. They are made fresh and served hot. They are generously stuffed with your selections. I love goat cheese with vegetables ! I also added the ham cubes once and they were tasty. All the wait staff are excellent. The sourdough toast is crisp and extra sour, just the way I like it. The tater tots are good, but next time I plan to try the fruit cup. They have free WiFi here that is quite fast. Nikki waited on us last and was great keeping drinks filled and being attentive to needs. This is a sister restaurant of Surv and Edge so the quality standards are high. Excellent breakfast! We will go again. 2025: Great Sourdough Toast. The best I have found in the area.

I was looking for a new breakfast spot to try this morning, and I discovered Sunny Side Up on Google. It is also close to the town I live in. This is a small breakfast spot in Pennsylvania that will not disappoint you. The service was great, and the atmosphere was peaceful. They make pastries for that early morning sweet tooth. You can dine in or take out. Portions are perfectly priced. The chef is doing a good job in the kitchen because the food is tasteful. Those string styled hash browns are delicious .

I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit, and I can't say enough about our waitress, Christina! She was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. Her cheerful demeanor truly added to our dining experience. Now, let’s talk about the food—specifically the blueberry pancakes. They were absolutely amazing! Fluffy, light, and bursting with fresh blueberries, every bite was delicious. It’s hard to find pancakes this good! The Potato hash is just as mouth watering!!! Overall, the combination of Christina's outstanding service and the mouthwatering pancakes made for a fantastic meal. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy it all over again! Highly recommend!

Wow, great food, service and atmosphere! Great menu offering some unique dishes. We loved the Lafayette platter and Sausage and Biscuit Benedict. Friendly, attentive staff kept our coffee cups full. About 15 tables, with nice music playing. Some covered outdoor seating in nice weather too.

We came in for brunch Sunday, and they had a special menu for their 2 year anniversary. They were already out of the quiche special, so we ordered off the regular menu. We had the country style Benedict, which had a house made sausage patty and gravy and the Lafayette platter. Both came with potato hash that is shredded finely and pan crisped for a tender inside, crunchy outside, which reminded me of pan-fried rice noodles. We both had coffee, but be aware that if you get any added flavor like hazelnut, chocolate, or vanilla, it's a sweetened syrup which we found to be a bit cloying, requiring several top ups to water down. Our server was great and very attentive, bringing us more coffee and water, creamer, ketchup, and hot sauce as needed. We will be returning!

Absolutely great spot!!! I've been to this place a few times and have tried a lot of the menu. My favorite is probably the eggs Benedict and the fluffy delicious pancakes. They are becoming my go-to. The place is nice and clean which I really appreciate. I also like the service there. Everyone is very friendly. One of my favorite servers is probably Christina, she always greets me with a smile and her service is prompt. I appreciate her taking the time to treat me more than just another diner. She's also pretty fiiiinnneee so there's that too! Overall I would highly recommend the restaurant because of its friendly service, delicious food and in a cute little diner setting. I hope to be a regular there for a long time!!! Thank you for being awesome Sunny Side!!!
